Federal labor board affirms ruling that gave office cleaners their jobs back
The National Labor Relations Board has upheld a Newark administrative law judge’s decision last July that returned 33 Northern New Jersey office cleaners to their jobs and ordered that they receive back pay, concluding they were wrongly fired in mid-2014 because they belonged to a union.
