Rutherford Council moves to repeal Special Improvement District

Councilman and RDP liaison Mark O’Connor said at the April 25 council meeting that ordinances would be drafted to rescind Rutherford’s Special Improvement District and to create a committee, appointed by the mayor, to handle streetscape and other business topics.
